Service is great. Eric, our rep, is knowledgeable and has great customer service. It would be nice to know why there is such a price difference between the two properties that we have serviced. One property is $180 and one is $130. The higher price is for a smaller property/yard. Thank you.

Overall, pretty good. Can't give it 5 stars, because the email alerts I used to get letting me know when the next service call is going to be stopped happening once Clark took over from Smart Pest Control. I have let the serviceman know several times, and he seemed to indicate that those courtesy alerts would start happening again, but have not up to this point. I need to be home when the service calls happen, because if someone tries to go in the backyard to spray, the dog will get out when the gate is opened. Other tha... read more
Kevin is great! He always has a smile on his face and is very personable. I work in customer service so I know a gem when I see one. He will go the extra mile and take care of problems that I didn't even know about. He is full of great suggestions for things I can do on my own to help maintain a pest free home.
