Seth Tharp is fabulous. I like the fact that we always have the same technician come out to our house and he already knows where we would like our house to get treated.

We've been with Clark for 2 years now and have always had a positive experience. They come regularly and if we have any additional service requests they always respond the following day.
I have had routine service with Clark Pest control at my home and second home for many years. I recently sold my second home and needed to have the pest inspection and report for escrow. The inspector came out and inspected the property from top to bottom. I scheduled the pest mitigation and the tech came out and was able to get the procedures completed in a timely manner. Clark's employs great technicians! I have had positive interactions over my 5 years of Clark's services.
Service is great. Eric, our rep, is knowledgeable and has great customer service. It would be nice to know why there is such a price difference between the two properties that we have serviced. One property is $180 and one is $130. The higher price is for a smaller property/yard. Thank you.
