Tech went extra step & checked out & reset old rat traps under the house. Let him know we just set mouse traps in the garage as we there was a nest reported in a car engine.

I had a serious out brake of mice in my home after the renter neighbors moved out I had seen only one mice in 38 yrs of living here in my home .I contacted the clark customer service and they sent out my Favorite Clark specialist Tommy Boyd jr. Tommie has been my clark person for almost 2yrs he did initial inspection for rodents he told me what to look out for and how to place the glue traps in different areas of my house and the garage. You rate a 10 on your technicians, ON EVERYTHING they do from workmanship to dealing with your customers. If ever asked to change companies the person asking would immediately be escorted out of my home!!!
I have been a customer for several years. The last couple years, never the same tech, customer service/quality seems to have slipped. They used to call to schedule appts, need to go back to that, then switched to automated system that at 1st told you a window time on a certain day your service would be, then apparently that changed to just what day. Tech hadn't showed by 1:30ish or so, had to lock gate since I have a pool. While at a doctor appt, tech left a rude message about the gate and that IF he can come back another ti... read more
