The service I received at my Vacaville home was excellent so I thought all Clark Pest Controls would strive to achieve the level of service I received from the Vacaville office. Sadly, the Lodi office treats me like an inconvenience, bad customer service. And the technician doesn't always show up on scheduled days. The only thing they do consistently on-time is billing me! I believe Clark Lodi owes me money back from services scheduled but never received.
I asked to skip a month of service and a supervisor called me to tell me that they had to cancel my account. It was astonishing that was their only solution, and they did not care to lose a customer.
Service initially was okay but then seemed like more and more issues with insects came up. Billing is a nightmare and still have not got a refund for services that were billed and cancelled prior to the billing. Called several times to cancel service and was told cancelled then would receive bill and invoice that service came out, I didn’t even own the home anymore! Would never use them again.
Customer service is a joke. Billing and processing is equivalent to harassment. After speaking to multiple people trying to figure out billing issues, empty apologies and harassing statements continues to be delivered. This is why service was terminated. Your home pest services are excellent. Your administration of accounts and payables is the worst I have experienced. This lack of process may cause us to abandon Clark Pst as a service..!
The insects are gone and we received prompt responce to identify a suspected insect which we discovered in the house and were relieved to find out it was not an ifestation
I did not hear from Clark service man for my dec. service did he come here ? He usually lets me know when he will be here as he has to come in to go upstairs?
I have received no service for months yet you continue to bill me. Also I continued to have spiders regardless of what you sprayed.
After the tech which serviced our yard checked the rat trap underneath our deck, he failed to place it back under the deck, leaving it exposed on the open sidewalk. I noticed this a couple of days after he was here and pushed it back under the deck myself where it should be stored. The warning on the trap clearly indicates that is POISON and states “CAUTION: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN”.
