The work o spider webs around the house, deck and railings could be more thorough. Please turn pet bowls over before spraying. More meticulous inspection for active infestation is appreciated.
For a termite fumigation, we were told only to "double bag" everything. When I called your company on a weekend, to ask if the bags had to be a special bag.....none of your customer service people knew the answer. Since it was the weekend, I could not get ahold of the respresentative that scheduled and sold us the package for the fumigation. Your website has no instruction of where or what type of bags to use. Not good service
After last service, we started seeing ants inside the house. We called and asked for service again. We were told that unless it was an emergency, no one would come inside our home to treat fir the ants.
The quote for work to be done was extremely high. The details on what was to be done are very vague.
It seems that the employees spends less time at each visit. They only spray up high and not down around the foundation like they used to. The cob web brushing is very light and not very well done. Your price keeps going up and the service keeps getting poorer. Considering looking for another company.
The service is OK. Not fantastic. We still have ant trails outside even though they are sprayed every month. Not sure if we'll continue with the monthly service A little pricey for the quality of service
The technicians that service our boxes every other month, and more recently for two calls regarding ants, are always on time and courteous.
They show up and do there job and leave without causing problems. I have both the Pest control program and the Termite control program.
