I have attempted to change the service time to allow my presence but have been able to be successful. The current employee has been personally notified via her personal cell number of my desired time modification but has left a phone message notifying me of her arrival at the same old time. Several attempts to make contact with her via her given cell number to assure the modified service time with negative results. My next move is to cancel all business with Clark and move on.

Consistently need to remind our agent to check obvious locations and follow through. Does not respond to texts or follow up calls.

We requested service for a wasp nest removal in a roof vent and were unethically misled into signing a 1 year contract which we could not cancel even hours after noticing our 'mistake'. We cannot see any impact of these monthly services on our home environment, no good advice, no evidence anyone has been to our house nor any evidence that they have done any services. During the initial visit last summer I made my expectations abundantly clear to the tech. He was to apply pre-emergant to the trouble areas early spring so I dont have to stare at dead weeds all through my gravel driveway and backyard. The spring rains come and with it a nice crop of weeds I get to stare at until I, after having paid premium rates, get to go out and remove myself. I will be cancelling service once a new provider is determined. Thanks, but no thanks

Since we've had a change in service technician, there have been problems: twice, the tech showed up on the wrong day. For the last service, he did not announce his presence as we are used to by coming to the front door and asking if we had any pest problems other than the usual. I saw him come round the house when he stopped spraying at the corner and then only only sprayed again at the other corner, leaving the whole back of the house untreated.

We have been regular quarterly customers for 10 or 15 years. Our current service technician Devon is excellent in every way. Devon is GREAT! For many years our cost for the service was approximately $ 98. Then all of a sudden it jumped to $ 130.00 When we inquired why, someone left us a very terse voice mail that it's because we are are not taking service every two months. HUH??? There’s a flea infestation in my house and the stuff they use doesn’t work! Technicians are not properly trained and some are quite rude! Customer support is non existent. I’m stuck with a contract for a year and I can’t wait for it to end! Waste of time and money! I regret that I ever called Clark Pest Control!
