We have a huge infestation of rats at our house because Clark Pest Control did not service our rat traps for many months. They left the bait stations empty. While the people who came did an OK job, they never checked the garage where there were also rats. I am still unclear if they loaded the rat bait stations because their report says they did not either inspect them or reload them. We keep getting sprayed for spiders, but within a week, we have spider webs. And the ants are crazy. We have spiders in the house, but you won't come inside to spray. About ready to cancel service.

Unfortunately, I was not present for the service or would have requested treatment of back lawn for flees. Our neighborhood has lots of squirrels and now rats eating my apples.

Hard to answer your question. The Service I received from Clark Pest Control was very good the Clark representative/employee was very good and has been very good in all past visits. Having said that Clark told me that they have a referral program. I did refer Clark to a neighbor. Clark sent a service representative to their home. I never did get anything from Clark for that referral, not even a thank you. Clark did call me when I mentioned that in a survey and said that they would in-fact correct that problem. New service person left card in door in upper corner. Third service person in past year. Carpenter ant control seems adequate.

First I have attempted to pay my bill on line. Website advised I would need to change ID and password as you system has changed. I followed instructions but never received an email with like to make a change. Second. I reviewed the statement. My renters advised they had spiders around the back door in addition tons of flies not sure if you take care of this problem. This is the second time I’ve advised you about spiders.
