They always notify me when my service will be. Never have a problem with pests after.
BEWARE OF Clark Pest Control Termite Insurance masquerading as a Termite Indemnity Program. I have since checked with a reputable Termite Pest Control Company who frankly told me they would never sale such a program and other than Clark does not know of any company that would. You are adequately protected by a normal termite inspection every other year that totals about $125 vs. this termite insurance scam they are currently charging $35 per month or a total of $840. Conscience about looking ahead for problems that maybe coming.
If we did not like the service we would not still be customers after the 7 years we have been customers. We would have changed srevices.

Communication needs to improve. If a client calls in requesting for a tech to call and give her an hour window that they will be there, the tech could call. Then if the tech doesn't call, and the client calls to ask why the tech didn't call and the office states a supervisor will call you back, the supervisor should call back. Neither of this happened with me. I specifically asked this of Clark because my husband who is home is disabled and unable to access the area we discovered more ants in. Your employer did not tell the field man to come between 9-10. We waited then called and they said they forgot to tell him. They had to spray in house. We have animals and were waiting to take them out. So inappropriate. Not happy at all.
It was a very bad experience and unfortunately we signed up our two homes with them. Poor customer service, not much experience in what to use, they keep passing the baton to next one. Just bad, had to call and report about no change in pest control a few times....
