The pest control is fine, but the termite control not so good. Three times in the past three years they have scheduled with us to come out for an inspection; they have kept the appointment zero times. They were to have come out for the warranty inspection last week - wee waited all day, even though they said they wuld be here between 9 am and 11 am. We are stilld waiting. I AM NT AT ALL HAPPY!
We have no insects in the house that to me is the bottom line
Brushing off spider webs was not done thoroughly. Employee had long side conversations, causing a longer appointment timeframe - while my dogs were getting restless waiting in the garage for her to finish the job.
I haven't had any problems with insects crawling into my home until I noticed tiny flies around from time to time. I do not know what they are? Maybe from plants? Elizabeth
The spray works to keep all crawling insects from coming in. Many beetles and other bugs are dead around the areas sprayed. Yet my garden still has the bees and essential bugs I want. My pets are safe I am completely happy with your service.
We woke up to find ants in the pantry. Called Clark and they came that morning. Provided bait for the ants and assisted us resolving the issue.
You did what you said you would and the ant problem went away and never came back and the property visits were almost invisible. Thanks
I used to have a time slot between 8 and 10. I guess it was changed without anyone notifying me and now it's stay home between 8 and 5 and that's not going to happen for me. I'll be looking for somebody else to do my Pest Control.
Only receiving half of service paying for full service. I've complained via phone twice giving remedies to no avail. Tried to cancel verbally three times. Spoke to Isis all three times she said it was canceled. Now 9/13 got a bill for service. I refuse to pay it. I will see you in court. My next move to make. Carey Mondragon
