We had a ant problem some time back. Clark came three or four times and finally ended our problem.
Unfortunately, I haven't been here when your rep came, but I've seen dead insects, so the treatment must be working. Also, unfortunately, I have tons of red & black ants this year that need to go and some spider webs on the upper windows that need to go also. Thanks for asking

Clark Pest Control...was my second choice, I called another pest control company, but they took forever to send personnel. I couldn't believe it. So, I called Clark Pest Control frustrated and irritated and out of patience! They dispatched someone the same day. And Clark met my needs and understood my situation. We would have rated you five stars with service your technicians in the past have provided us. They were all very friendly and would ask feed back on the service making sure there were no new issues. Your newest tech assigned to us is respectful but does not spray all area's the past tech's have done. He hasn't been as thorough as we were accustom too. The previous tech's would roll out the hose from the reel and spray front, sides and the back yard. You new tech fills a gallon container and sprays the whole house with that... read more
I am a tenant of a home on a rural piece of property. I was made the point of contact, can make no decisions as to the work being done other than the day and time since my family has to grant access to the Clark Pest Control representative. I am very concerned that your company has placed the entire account and bill under my name even though my landlord is the one who opened the account, has a credit card on file, and is the decision maker. My 91 year old mother had an appointment at 9: or 9:30. The tech came at 8: AM. Way too early for her to get going. she is on a walker. So she had to send him away so she did not get her job done.
