We are happy with our home service by Ron, however, we were thoroughly disgusted with the termite inspectors we had and would never have them in our home again, ever! Nor will we use Clark Pest Control to do any of our repair work.

I have had excellent communication in regard to home and yard spraying,schedules,in home spray.Each rep who comes to home is efficient and fast and complete.I have recently cancelled my rat-box fee and problem due to the fact that you never really get rid of rats.It was useless to try and resume rat control,their babie multiple faster then my income.lol In the future I will be shopping around for a more ecominical pricing when it comes to service.Nothing about you at all ,it is the pricing I need to get down.I have service a... read more

I am still waiting for clarification regarding my overpayment to Clark Pest Control.....Since all three checks have been cashed by Clark's, I am assuming that my October pest control treatment will have been paid for in advance...... Please call me within the first two weeks of October to establish a treatment date from Marcus......... Thank you......

Your technician came out last week (8/17), and told my sister that he would return on Friday 8/21 to follow up with his solution to trapping rats that have been seen in the garage. There have been two rat poison stations in the yard for almost 3 years, but rats are now invading the garage. I was home all day on 8/21, but did not hear from technician. Today is 8/27, and I have not been notified that he has come at all to follow up. Kathy McCarty Lake

Since our move from Pleasanton last December I believe I've seen our Clark Rep twice, two different people. The first one seemed very informative and hands on. The next one informed me he was no longer with the company. And the postcards we used to receive with our next service date aren't coming lately. I am not even sure if we are still receiving service or when. Please let us know who our service person is and our next date. I was not happy with my last service. I had a new tech, 5th one I have had. I don't believe he sprayed as much chemical and did not do 0verall as good a job as the last tech.

I m really unhappy with the billing process. I paid for one year service with a major credit card. I expected to be notified when my year was up. Instead I get a call saying that I owe you $84.00 for service as you automatically renewed my contract without my permission or consent. They at first attempted to charge that to a credit card that I had cancelled now I received a bill in the mail. I really do not like underhanded situations.
