I rarely see the guy so I cannot talk about any concerns that I have. Also while there is supposed to be a regular day when he comes I rarely receive adequate notice. I would appreciate having several days advanced notice so if I need him to look at something I will be here.

The last service person did not do as good as the others in the past. He stood out talking to my landlord who happened to be here that day about drinking at the local bars. Actually thinking of switching companies. Cobwebs not swept, have had several spiders in and out of the house and now are finding ants in the bathroom once again. For the price I pay I should have better results.

Mark Schwerdt services our home. He put out ant bait inside and sprayed around the outside. We haven't seen any ants since he was here, but very large winged ants were crawling around on the window a few days previously.

Friendly service and a good job of getting cobwebs down, but the pests continue to be a problem.

I have asked several times for someone to call me regarding our service. This was back in March. I emailed Esmeralda and she forwarded my email to a supervisor. No, one ever called me. I left 2 messages after hours. They keep servicing the outside of the home and it seems like every bug is coming inside. They have not serviced the inside of the home since we started service. I haven't paid my last 2 invoices so I know for sure someone is going to call me.

When I bought this house in Antioch, California, it was teeming with roaches. I was horrified. I don't know why, but, out of all the Pest Control companies, I thought of Clark. I called Clark, and the next day an exterminator came over ready for action! He explained to me what kind of roaches they were, and he went to work. First in the house, he went from room to room. Service technicians are friendly and professional but don't follow through. I was very specific in the contract signing that I wanted a telephone call prior to the scheduled service and this has only happened once in the last 6 months of service. I have called customer service and explained the situation and they were nice enough to give me a discount on the next service and they said they would try to fix the problem.
