I would never have this company do work for me again! Their technicians refused to listen to anything we asked and put my pets in danger. Finally got the contract canceled. NEVER again!
I still have the same insect problem that I had when I first called for service. In addition, I've had multiple problems with the actual service people that were supposed to be treating my home, such as being charged when they did not even show up. In addition, they've been very stingy with allocating moth bait/traps in my home, as they told me that they are expensive. My last two appointments, for which I was charged, didn't even happen. I was out of town. Diego usually calls or texts to gain access to the unit. Haven't heard a word, so my place has not been serviced on the inside for 4 months or so now? Disappointing.
Cost way too much, and now u have to sign a year contract not all that !!
Worst customer service.
I asked for yellow jacket traps for the back yard around the pool.......was told they would cost an additional $20 each. The yellow jackets are drawn to the pool/water. I was hoping that by putting them out early, would catch the queen and reduce number of pests. I've been stung twice in previous year. There are a couple of old traps out back.......why couldn't the tech just put fresh bait in them for free? I asked for a moth trap for indoor moths.........asked to have it left on doorstep.
