WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH CONSIDERABLE ANTS AND MICE. We called and we received the service next day. Ants and mice keep coming and again, upon call to Clark, we got service the next day, except for weekend. We now, do not have ants and mice. The representative, Cohen DeYoung, was checking every week for four weeks until everything was gone. We appreciate your promptness on service calls. Thanks,

We are always very pleased with the friendly & timely service reps who come to our home. However, as long-time, all-encompassing, monthly customers, it is distressing the vast number of limitations actually provided, when advertised otherwise. We've been told we must throw out all unopened packaged products of rice, pasta, etc. in kitchen cabinetry. 1. We reported that we saw rats. Two of your workers came to our house within about 2 weeks of each other. The second worker said that in the bait box by the outside fireplace (where I had previously seen a rat during the daytime), the rats were living in it and there were dead snails. So was enough bait put into this bait box by the first worker initially? 2. The first worker was very nice but was asking me what I wanted done. I just don't understand why there is such inconsistency in the service I receive from Clark. Perhaps it is dependent on the service technician who shows up, which would mean that either Clark Pest Control does not offer proper training or there is some sort of standard that is simply not being upheld. Living around so many trees, we have a serious spider problem. Normally someone comes, sprays and clears all of the visible cobwebs that surround the house. Not impressed with the timeliness of requests or to receive reports. Plus the office staff never or rarely seem to know what is gong on either.

Currently using pest control services. In addition , had termite services (outside and inside). Warranty information and services confusing on what is being covered. Not clearly out lined when services provided. Had to call several times to understand what I am paying for. Feel price for services high...

Cobwebs are never thoroughly removed around the house and/or yard. The high cobwebs are never removed. Whatever is used in the spray seems to only last one day and the bugs return too fast. Our house is crawling with spiders of all shapes and sizes. The spray is applied around the base of the house only. Never along the fence or in the yard. We've used Clark for six months are may soon change to another provider.

We've been very disappointed in the results. We hired Clark Pest Control last October to help us rid apparent mice or rats in our attic space, but after several months they did not trap anything. They moved to an outdoor bait system, and it's not clear whether this has been at all effective. We now have gophers as well, but they want to charge us extra to deal with that. (we signed a 1 year contract-I'll never do that again) As part of the year long program they are supposed to be spraying for spiders and ants, but we sti... read more
