"Very professional and courteous. " Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Todd Olinger went out of his way to make sure I had the right vehicle. My vehicle had a small cosmetic issue and Todd had it taken care of very quickly and told me not to hesitate to call him if I had any other issues.
"Customer satisfaction" Our visit to Larry Hill Ford was merely to view the current on-site inventory. However, once we met our sales representative, we were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the cars and determination to make sure we could find both a car as well as suitable financing. "Easy Car Buying Experience" Everyone I met and worked with was very nice, friendly and knowledgable. Kevin Placek was my salesman, and he was great. Todd Olinger assisted him, and Todd was also very professional and helpful. I was in a bit of a rush that day, and everyone was very accommodating. "I had an AMAZING experience!" I had went in there a few months ago and test drove a car I had been wanting for awhile. John had helped me, and told me what all I needed to do in order to qualify for a car and to come back in a few months. "Service" We have a 2016 Explorer that is a company car that was delivered to us from Illinois. The car had a broken mirror and tailgate. Even though we hadn't purchased the vehicle here Ron in service went above and beyond what we expected. They quickly fixed everything. We were thrilled with the service they offered.
