"Customer satisfaction" Our visit to Larry Hill Ford was merely to view the current on-site inventory. However, once we met our sales representative, we were immediately impressed by his knowledge of the cars and determination to make sure we could find both a car as well as suitable financing. "Easy Car Buying Experience" Everyone I met and worked with was very nice, friendly and knowledgable. Kevin Placek was my salesman, and he was great. Todd Olinger assisted him, and Todd was also very professional and helpful. I was in a bit of a rush that day, and everyone was very accommodating. Kudos to sales manager, Lee Johnson and finance guy, Shane Gay.

"I had an AMAZING experience!" I had went in there a few months ago and test drove a car I had been wanting for awhile. John had helped me, and told me what all I needed to do in order to qualify for a car and to come back in a few months. "Service" We have a 2016 Explorer that is a company car that was delivered to us from Illinois. The car had a broken mirror and tailgate. Even though we hadn't purchased the vehicle here Ron in service went above and beyond what we expected. They quickly fixed everything. We were thrilled with the service they offered. I will continue to use them for all of my service needs for both of my Ford vehicles. Thank you Ron for a great experience.

"Quick Service" Ron Penepent went above and beyond to ensure that my car was taken care of quickly, on July 4th weekend. He was great, too, because he kept me constantly updated and really made sure all my needs were met. Thank you to Larry Hill Ford and especially Ron & all the guys working in the service department for doing such a good (and fast) job on my car; you guys are awesome!!

"Pleasant experience negotiating a trade for a new Focus" I was greeted at the door in a friendly but efficient way, and spoke with both a Sales Professional and the Sales Manager.
