"Service" Joe trentham was great. The service department doing the work needs to have better communication with service consultants who can then communicate better with customers.

"Great Service" I took my Ford Edge to Larry Hill Ford today for routine maintenance. I was met at the door by a friendly service rep who helped me check in. The service was completed quicker than expected and for a reasonable price. I will return for my future service needs.
"Excellent interaction with service department" I recently purchased a used truck at a different dealer. The code for the door keypad was not included with the truck. I went to Larry Hill in Cleveland to get them to hookup their equipment and determine what the code was. They indicated it would be a charge since I purchased the truck elsewhere. I said ok. "Best of the Best in Cleveland" Went to the Larry Hill Imports to search for a vehicle with 3rd row seating. We were promptly greeted by Elliott Harris. Elliott went above and beyond what it takes to assist us. We ended up looking at 3 vehicles before we found one that fit our needs, our wants, and was within our price range acceptable to the lenders. I do recommend going and seeing Elliott and all the great people that are Larry Hill Imports.
