"Great service" Friendly service. Got a great deal under what i even asked for and it was quick and easy. I would reccomend them highly to any first time customer
"Good to work with " Jason helped me find the car I needed. He was honest when answering my questions and did not try to talk me into buying something that I was not interested in. We had purchased another ford from them several years ago and had good experience then.
"Service" Joe trentham was great. The service department doing the work needs to have better communication with service consultants who can then communicate better with customers.

I began the round of car dealerships in my area only to be told that what I was looking for in a car (both in condition, mileage, and payments) was not available. "Great Service" I took my Ford Edge to Larry Hill Ford today for routine maintenance. I was met at the door by a friendly service rep who helped me check in. The service was completed quicker than expected and for a reasonable price. I will return for my future service needs.
"Excellent interaction with service department" I recently purchased a used truck at a different dealer. The code for the door keypad was not included with the truck. I went to Larry Hill in Cleveland to get them to hookup their equipment and determine what the code was. They indicated it would be a charge since I purchased the truck elsewhere. I said ok. Dealer actually strived to establish a relationship so you will bring your vehicle in for maintenance and gaining your business for future purchases.
