"Stay away from Cleveland Ford!" I have 2018 Mustang GT that I purchased new from Cleveland Ford along with two other vehicles. About $110, 000 worth a vehicles since 2012. I just had ceramic put on the Mustang and wheels last week. The detailer called to notify me that my perfectly good-looking tires were down to the belts on the inside of both tires. "Very Unhappy" I called and made an appointment with service advisor Ciji Graham to bring my 2019 F150 4x4 in to have the fluid levels checked because at 1500 miles the 10 speed transmission downshifts rough . I show up at the appointed time and ask them to please check the transmission ,transfer 4x4 case , and rear axle differential fluid levels to see if this could be the problem . "First service on my F-150." I have taken my other Fords to each dealer in the area. This was my first schedule service for my F-150, so I thought I would try Cleveland Ford. First, they honored my appointment time, second, Carter took my info, got my keys, and told me if I needed anything while waiting, let him know. Spoke w dealership told to bring in but my aunt passed so couldn't get there until 2 days later. Turned out not oil leak but needed new water pump 1000k fix. Dealership refused to help so having to pay out of pocket. Will never recommend buying from them again!
"Used SUV purchase" Saw a great Rav4 online Monday so I decided to drive over Tuesday to take a look.
