"Finance department " Did not get a detailed sales order ! Had $3000.00 worth of hidden add on! Tried to get it straightened out and was met with no way they did anything wrong it was a done deal. Take cash or stay away from this place!! Went to see two F-150 trucks and the cheaper on just happened to get hit by a trailer so I couldn’t see it. Tried to cancel extra insurance plans , they said I couldn’t! Insurance company says they can.
"Scheduled maintenance" Overall service was satisfactory. The reason I gave a satisfactory rating was because my cab chassis mounts were found to be defective after being replaced in June 2018 at crown ford in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The service representative at Cleveland Ford stated he would try to have the cab chassis mounts replaced at no cost if I sent him proof that mounts were replaced. "Customer Service is Pathetic" I purchased a slightly used F-150 that I love; however, when attempting to find out who my financing is through, not a single person is willing to get back with me. They started to get rude when I called them, stating that someone would get back with me, but three weeks later, not a single attempt to contact me has occurred. "*No Service * No Business" Twice I've tried to get my oil changed here, both times it would be days before they could get to it, Really! What a sad dealership here. Go to a quick oil change store and get your service done, don't waste your time here at Cleveland Ford. Rated from a scale from 1 to 5 = neg -1 Nice Guy on a phone won't get the service done....
"Save time and money and go somewhere else" I will not give another dollar to this dealership. Very long story made as short as possible. Had trouble with my ford and had it narrowed down to the filters in the tank. I have zero means of dropping a 44 gallon tank at my house so I took it here to be fixed. They tell me it’s not the tank it’s wires to a sensor that are bad that are making it stall out well two days later and 400+ dollars down the toilet they claim it’s fixed. "Very dissatisfied with the experience. " I am very dissatisfied with the Cleveland Ford dealership. I would not recommend anyone doing business there. They are not knowledgeable and very unprofessional. If you purchased a vehicle and get a extended warrany, they will sell you one that only allows you to bring the vehicle back to Cleveland Ford for repairs, then if you have a issue they can not fix the problem. "Terrible, incompetent Service Department" This service department is awful. Incompetent. Causes more problems than they fix. Beware do not take you vehicle here. Still have same noise thousands of dollars later and a new problem too. Turn back - don’t do it! Go somewhere else. Anywhere is better.
"Fraudulent Salesman - Disappointing" This was from my first experience at a car dealership here in the Chattanooga area last July, 16, 2018. "Worst Dealership Ever." They knew beforehand my affordable payment range. They let me come and sit for hours knowing they were way above my range. Lied to me on the phone to get me down there and waste my time. Had bought 3 vehicles prior at Larry Hill Ford. I guess when this dealership was sold, they sold the integrity and respect for customers with it. I listened to 3 other couples go through the same thing yesterday while I was waiting. I will be taking my loyalty and business elsewhere.
