"Undisclosed charges" What initially seemed to be a positive experience turned negative when an undisclosed 600 dollar charge for "Kahu" (a find your stolen car feature) and some car coating application for 298 were added to my finance package. No mention of either by my salesman and only a casual mention by the finance person. "This is by far the worst car-buying experience I have..." This is by far the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. We live approximately 2.5 hours from Cleveland Ford. We were looking for a color/package style for a Ford Edge and this was the only dealership we could find that had one in stock. "0 Starts if I could. " Only reason 1 star is that I can't leave 0 stars. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. By the time my car buying was done, I wished I had never set foot in this place. I will never go back. "Horrible customer service " They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filter box, had to buy one, told Cleveland Ford and they didn't offer an apology or reimbursement!!!!

"To much oil was put in my new trucks 1st service visit " Poor service...then after I realized something was done to my truck at Cleveland Ford ...I had to make arrangements to get it back there
"2019 edge white transmission problems. Suggested trade in" My interest rate and longevity of my loan was increased and it increased my payment over 200.00 that needs to change. I talked with my company where the vehicle is financed. They said it was Ford that did that not them.
"Will not be back" After a lot of money spent for spark plugs and gas cap.Car is still missing. Called to let them know ,guy put me on hold to talk to service manager got his voice mail and left message to call me back, have not heard 1 word from them! Will not be back and just lost a customer for dealership as well. We have bought multiple vehicles from them but no longer.
"Poor customer service " The service department is terrible. Bought 2018 Ford Edge last year. The clear coat is coming off. Have been trying to get this resolved since May... no one will call us back to get this resolved..
