"Misrepresenting the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty" I was in the process of buying a 2012 F150 FX4 - absolutely beautiful truck, had everything that I wanted, low miles for a 6 year old truck, lifetime powertrain warranty, the list goes on. the salesperson and I talked in depth about the powertrain warranty on a couple of occasions - he said as long as I keep the service records the warranty will stay in tact. "Customer Service" Purchase of my 2016 F150 was great. Service since then is bad. When you contact them through their website, NO one responds. When you send them a message on FaceBook, NO one responds. The first time early part of 2017 trying to schedule the first service same problem. Email communication does not work. Early part of 2018 still same problem. No made about it but gee fire the people, retrain them or hire someone to run the email questions. "All in all very disappointed" I will never try to shop here again. I was very disappointed in the end. Every day for a 2 weeks I was called wanted more prove of things I had already proved. And it was always, got to do it asap. And I worked out of town and couldn't jump at what they needed. They should never let customers drive off the lot with a vehicle until the deal is 💯 0/0 done. Then maybe the customer can leave satisfied.
"Potential Buyer" Mr. Avery went into great length with the details of the car I was looking at, and when I'm able to make a decent down payment, I will be back!!!
"They don't care" Hour and 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Then noticed valve stem cap missing and it was quart low on oil. Have tried contacting about issues with no response.
"GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" We went in and looked after hours and decided on a car to test drive. We were not frowned upon for being a cash paying customer. We looked at many other cars at several different lots and many of them immediately were rude when they found out we were not interested in financing.
"High turnover rate and inconsistencies " Financial inconsistency made us make several return trips, even then it was still incorrect. Promises unkept and had to wait for keys on a new car. In the end, their turnover rate and customer service failures will always be their Achilles heel.
"First come first served " I will not be back because they got rid of the first come first served for the service department . I only get my schedule one week at a time so if they are booked up on my day off I am sol . So someone was going to come out and talk with me what they could do I hung around for about 30 minutes and the guy did not come out. Oh well I will be going somewhere else even if I have to go to a different state. They are getting as bad as the Chattanooga ford dealer.
"Sales September 4th 2017" Very friendly and eager to please the customers had the vehicle washed and gassed before delivery to the customer Please with service and likely to to tell others
