"Bad experience " Cleveland Ford has had my wife’s car for 3 days to find a rattle in her dashboard and still don’t have any idea when it will be completed. This is one incompetent dealership. They fired all the good techs or they walked out on them. A shame when a company comes in from out of state and let’s all the local employees go. This used to be a top rate dealership but since it changed names it is the bottom of the barrel.
"Horrible service" After reaching out about a 43k vehicle from this dealer and giving them a deposit down to hold it. The dealer posted the vehicle days later at a cheaper price. I asked if they would honor this price and all of the sudden all the service changed to not wanting to deal with me. They pushed me off to a new buyer sales man that said he was so busy all day to contact me. "worst dealer" Very Very Bad Experience. 1. Called the dealership and did setup appointment to test drive car. They told me to come to test drive. I drove all way from my place to Dealership. "Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Employees" This is my second review of this dealership, because the first one was done under the watchful eye of the used car manager who told me he was giving me a good deal in exchange for a glowing review. I purchased a 2014 F-150 from this dealership on May 24, 2018. I was at the dealership for 4 hours ( +/- a few minutes.) "xxxx in a hand basket " To say that this place has gone to xxxx in a hand basket is an understatement. In the past few months, they have had many many changes. The new management staff has let many of the sales staff (Mike Fulkerson and Cole Barker) go for no reason. "Trying to use service department" Just to skip the problems I had in buying the car and then the all day experience for a 45 minute procedure to add Perma coating to the car here's my story. I supposedly have four or five complementary oil changes coming to me. I have a 90 minute drive and can't get this dealer to work with me on an appointment. "Cleveland Ford " Finance department uses deceptive practices and classic old school car dealer rehearsed sales pitches to upsell many numerous unnecessary "add-ons". Beware of the PERMAPLATE sealant scam...it is ALREADY APPLIEto all of their vehicles already!- even though you will be led to believe if you purchase it, they are applying it afterwards. "85.00 charge for truck under warrant if no problem found" Go else ware. I have bought 1 vehicle and had 2 others serviced at this dealership and was told after explaining that my truck popped an engine code on a drive and the engine light come on and then went off after a restart that if they do not find anything that it will be an $85.00 charge. Since they have become Cleveland Ford they have taken stealership to a new level.
"Buyer beware" Since this dealership changed from Larry Hill Ford to Cleveland forward it has gone down hill almost instantly. This dealership does not honor anything that was promised from Larry Hill. The service department has gone from a five star to 1 star or maybe zero stars if I could put it there.
