Listen up. Paw plan is garbage. It's $66 for toenail trim. $800 for spay/neuter. Save your money and go elsewhere. Also plan on waiting 30-45 minutes even with an appointment.

I never imagined that my cat would leave worse off than when he came in. Here's a recap of my traumatic experience. A few weeks prior, my cat had been diagnosed with cancer which had spread to different areas of his body. I was referred to an oncologist at Hope Advanced Veterinary Center. Chemotherapy was not recommended as his condition was rapidly deteriorating. I had to make the difficult decision of putting him to sleep. The day before, he refused to eat, couldn't get up from his spot, and that night, I feared ... read more

While I've had positive experiences with other Clocktower vets, we will no longer be taking our pets there after reading Dr. Leslie Moore's notes of our last and final appointment, wherein she characterized my partner's concern for our dog's nutrition as *"research"* because we were hesitant to put our dog on kibble that has rice and corn as the first two ingredients. IMO, this was very unprofessional and disappointing as you should feel be able to discuss any concerns about your pet's health with your veterinarian and not b... read more

I am an experienced dog owner and have been to many types of vets over the past 30 years - large, medium, small, privately owned, corporate owned, emergency, specialists, holistic, country, city - you name it - I've been to it with my dogs. First let me say that I love Dr. Schneider - she smart, analytical, patient and takes her time to determine the best course of treatment. It's too bad she practices here since I've lost confidence in the clinic overall. The problem is with the way the practice is run since it was sold to a... read more

Went in due to an emergency and instead of trying to actually see whats wrong with my puppy, they were too worried about going home since it was closing time. Not too impressed.

this review is from the point of a first time patient, not a regular +clean facility +prompt service -felt a little "rushed" through the visit ... Just sort of seemed like a factory line of do this do that Swab this check that ok next type of feel.. - they were already asking about preventive testing for $50 extra on top of $70 visit before even asking what was going on with my pet. - the doctor kind of told me "what I'm going to do is send you home with these antibiotics" without really going over what the issue could b... read more

I have been taking my pets to Clocktower for over a decade (some family members over 15 years) and have watched it change ownership several times. This last change seems to be the worst yet. While most of the vets there seem to genuinely care about the animals, the rest of the office is terrible! The front desk staff doesn't seem to know anything when you call and I always have to be transferred to someone with part of a clue. Two years ago you could put a call in and get an answer later that day. Now you're forced to bring ... read more

Yes they seem to care about the animal but they are very expensive and in business to make money and charge the maximum rate possible for services. My wife and I being naive pet owners ( we have a Siberian kitten thats about 9 months old) took our kitten to these guys because she was lethargic, meowing alot, and being really affectionate. These are all signs of a cat being in heat. We gave them these symptoms, and they thought it was a possibility but ended up giving us antibiotics for a possible UTI. When you probe thes... read more

They are overpriced and even though there are 2 good doctors there, it is not worth it. The support staff at the front desk are arrogant, ignorant and discourteous. Not a good combination!!
