Update to my last review:-My car was damaged by the gutter install guys. He knew he hit the car but did not say one word to me before he left. I contacted *** but it took them a long time to make a decision on reimbursement for getting the paint correction done. They sure send our bills on time.-CMR covered up my flower beds in the front of the house but that didnt do any good, the workers walked all over them and ruined the flowers. No one should ever sign a contract with this 'company'. They will drag you through court and ruin your credit score history. If they knock on you door, show them the middle finger. Don't even talk to these unsolicited scammers.
*** has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I have nothing good to say about them. They simply would not return phone calls or texts. It took 18 months for them to complete the work. My roof was actually replaced by a company called ************** They did a great job and communicated with me every step of the way. The only positive comment I have about CMR is about *** ******* she was extremely helpful. Anything I needed she got done. She gets 5 Stars. CMR doesnt deserve 1 star. I would stay away from them!
The project start was inexplicably delayed for months after the insurance funds were obtained.That said **** ****** and ***** were very helpful and supportive once the job finally started. Also once started the job went smoothly and the work met expectations and passed inspection quickly.

CMR recently completed my roof and to be fair the quality of work seems to be good. However, the service and communication throughout the entire process was the worst that I have ever experienced. Throughout the entire 7 month project I was never (not even once) able to get my account manager or anyone else on the phone. I would have to wait mysteriously long periods of time for them to call me, often because I had a portion of my bill due, and they were looking to collect. Two stars. The roof was finally completed more than a year after receiving the funds from the insurance company and the issue of the permit. There were a few emails at the beginning and then complete silence for months. Finally ***** took over the file and progress was made. Apparently, our contacts had left the company. Hopefully, the new staff will improve their communication. So far, no leaks, thank goodness.

Zero stars I agree with the negative comments CMR business practices are fraudulent and highly unethical- they dont return calls they lie over and over - my first estimate was ******* for a roof less than 1300 sq 2nd estimate was 65k - I left CMR and had a roof completed in 3.5 months no money til I was completely satisfied- all CMR wanted was money to hold you money without completely the job. Unfortunately, when the client decides to cancel there are provisions in the contract for that. CMR was ready willing and able to fulfill the contract. Due to the circumstances, now the we are trying to close out the file and are not getting response from the client.
I started with CMR almost two years now and I are still in litigation with my insurance company. last November they put a tarp on my roof, and about three weeks ago it has been raining and my roof is leaking and causing damages in my home (mi currently seeking someone else to come and retarp my roof). STAY AWAY!!!!. They are unorganized, do not take accountability for their actions and when questioned they simply say we don't care and if you argue with us then we will put a lien on your house. Ask to escalate a complaint above your sales person and will be told no - you can only speak to said person directly. I asked repeatedly for a clear breakdown of final costs for almost a year almost monthly and never received a clear reply until I was sent a final bill that was thousands of dollars more than it should have been.
