CMR is extremely unprofessional They installed the wrong color bird block, I called during the installation only to find they had also ordered the wrong roof. They never corrected the bird block color told me it would be covered by the gutters it was not. The rushed the new tiles but still delayed us 6 weeks. The tiles on the front of the house do not match and I was told I would need to take it up with the manufacturer. Please read reviews on all social media sites,not just this one. CMR consistently rates lowest everywhere. We've made BBB complaints about them, as instructed by the ******* Attorney General, yet CMR won't respond to the BBB to resolve. Unlike most roofing companies, this one wanted payment before starting. They got payment last winter. Took our insurance check and deductibles from all the condo owners. We've been trying to get our roof replaced for almost a year. We've been sitting on a check from the insurance company since Feb 23. We've reached out numerous times to CMR's *************************** who never returns calls or emails, ************************* and ************************* to name just a few folks at CMR who have provided no help. First of all, it took forever for the project to begin. There was no anticipating notice when the tear down was supposed to take place at 7:30 AM the Gate is calling for the crew to enter the property. The was no anticipated notice when the building supplies were to be delivered; therefore, the wrong side of the driveway was blocked. Never ever hire or sign contract with CMR. I signed the contract with CMR in October 2022 after *** destroyed my roof partially. Deposited first 25% of the contract in April 2023, and as of 8/4/23 they still have no date of starting the work. They still have no information about the type of tile we ordered if its manufactured or not or if its on the stock. Hired CMR to do my **** November 2022, Permit finally pulled in May now they have no idea what is going on and can not get my job started. I chose shingles that were in stock so that was not the issue. Tarp blew off many months ago leaving me with an unprotected home in the rainy months. No phone calls or emails, horrible communication. I am having to hire another company now.

Ahhhhh like many others, I signed a contract with CMR a year ago; they are sitting on $27,000 of my money.Here we are - middle of summer - roof finally torn off, paper put on but likely destroyed because it has sat so long.No communication whatsoever on completion. It would take AT MOST two days to finish this job. Im convinced this is a huge scam. Im done. I want all of money back; filing claim now. I have absolutely no other choice.

I have been waiting for 7 weeks a reissuance of a check to be in my name instead of CMR Construction and my name and can not get a phone call back, Y bank would not let me deposit the check because the signature had to be guaranteed. I drove with with your the offices in Lantana gave them the check and the nice lady there told me it would be no more then 4 weeks . Well no such luck has been 7 weeks .
