It is impossible to get this company to return a call once they receive your insurance money. In August of 2023 I picked out the materials and was told it would be ordered as soon as the funds were released. The check cleared the bank on Nov. 28th 2023. repeatedly tried to CMR from November until February with no luck. I called & emailed both the corporate office and the local office in ******. We are so upset with CMR Roofing. When we signed with them they had a good rating. They have our insurance money and we do not have a roof. CMR told us everything was processed on 6/13/23 and not we are in May of 24. We selected our tile and a permit is on our lamp post but we have no roof. On 4/23/2024 she said the the tile is paid for. We did ask for proof of purchase for material. She never sent us a proof of Purchase. She said she thinks we were on the list for material release. Review no stars if that were an option. Roof damaged by Ian ********* Sept. 2022. Used CMR lawyers to get money from American Integrity Ins. CMR relieved check for ********* in October 2022. At todays date no ********* insurance was dropped. Have called many many times. Get only excuses about management not enough employees problems with supply. I wish had read the reviews here before signing a contract with ******* is just the same story over and over. After signing the contract with CMR in 2020 to replace the roof, pending a settlement with the insurance company, a tarp was placed on the roof. the case had to be worked up all the way to litigation and it took 4 years to be settled. Meanwhile, after 1 year the tarp became ineffective and the leaking on the third bedroom which is the kids room got even worse. Attempted to contact CMR numerous times with no response ... read more

Unfortunately, this is not the total truth about the situation. The client was with and attorney who was fighting for them to get the claim approved. During that time, CMR performed tarping and mitigation services for the client. CMR was never paid for these services. CMR was to be paid once the claim was approved. However, once the claim was approved, the client decided to breach our contract and had another roofer build the roof. In December 2021, we engaged CMR for a roof replacement project, predicated on their report of a local wind event with speeds exceeding 100 mph. They pledged comprehensive management of the project, including insurance claims and necessary leak and tarp handling.Subsequent inspections and legal proceedings, however, unveiled that there was no corroborating weather data for such a wind event as reported by CMR. If the claim was not accurate and a distortion of facts, how was a settlement for roof replacement? Furthermore, there is an agreed upon mutual release that is being executed with an agreed amount. CMR feels this is a review that should be removed given the facts herein.

We signed a contract for roof and other repairs after Hurricane Ian with CMR on November 16, 2022. They mislead and avoid email and telephone attempts to move forward for months. We related to their pressure tactics in an attempt to move our project forward even sending them a check for over $17,000. And still the misleading statements and different employees over the ensuing months. When we would attempt to follow up with CMR employees they often had left the company without any notice to us. I have a call scheduled for tomorrow with the client to go over the process. The color of metal selected on the file, is a custom color so there is an extended lead time on that. I am trying to get this expedited. I am the Director of Operations and I will do everything I can to get this project completed in a timely fashion.

On 12-29-22 we signed a contract with CMR after *** struct southwest *******. They finally settled on the amount with our insurance company in July 2023. We gave them a deposit and they supposedly ordered our tiles on August 17th of 2023. Since sending the deposit we no longer hear from any of the people that were supposed to give us regular updates. We would contact our salesman and he would attempt to find updates for us but no real updates were given. CMR said that our tiles would be here in March. March has come and gone... read more

CMR has reached out to the client to update them on the process. The tile selected is one of the longest lead times we have. At the time of order, the tile was ***** weeks out. Since we are approaching the anticipate release date of the tile, we are scheduling the dry in phase for the next 2-3 weeks. CMR appreciates the customer's patience on this long process and completely sympathize with the client's frustration.
