Terrible service, I still have NO roof and signed with ********************* back last September ,I live in ********** ********************* was Paid in full , Months ago , And for weeks almost a month a very bad dry in done and that have not fixed it ,,The supplies were put ony driveway and I pretty much have called daily, poor answering service to avoid most calls I have had at least three or four different people say Production problems ,tomorrow we will be there ,The whole experience with them has been a sham , I give it... read more

HORRIBLE!!! LIERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! These guys came to my door, gave us some storm story and, unfortunately, we fell for it. That is on us BUT, they LIED and NEVER did what they said (on paper) they were going to do. The whole offer was that, THEIR LAWYERS ******************* would work to get the insurance to approve roof replacement and that THEY WOULD do the work according to what the insurance approved. Received a settlement check from the insurance company in September 2022. Afterwards worked with *************************** in the ************* toward getting a new asphalt shingle roof. This was a long process due to lack of good customer service...but finally got a permit dated January 19, 2023 posted on my garage. Took the insurance settlement check to *********** office of ******** is now almost April 2023 and still waiting on CMR to show up and replace my roof. I signed a contract with CMR in August 2020 with *********************** (Regional Manager). It took over 2 years but finally the insurance company settled. After CMR received payment, they subcontracted my roof to ******* Roofing. ******* removed my roof just before Christmas 2022 and I have not seen anyone since. CMR told me my tiles were ordered in September 2022 but since no one returns my calls or emails, I have no idea when and if they will ever be delivered, Their customer service is horrible. I signed a **ntract with CMR Construction and Roofing last October after hurricane *** badly damaged my house roof requiring it's total replacement. To date CMR has been done to even reach an agreement with my insurance **mpany.My insurance **mpany got quotes from 3 different roofing **mpanies, all within the same range as each of my neighbors who also needed roof replacements. I have been in litigation for two years now my father is 82 years old. My mother is bedridden and we still never received an estimate from Cmr to do a roof now *** hit and half my neighborhood went with Cmr because of my referral and they still wont give me an estimate on ******* its like theyre waiting for my case to close to take the a piece of percents.. CMR came to our house, offered a free inspection, referred us to a particular attorney to *** for damage from hurricane way back in (I don't remember the year). They CMR rep said he found a couple of tiles that were lifted and other damage. We signed with them. This began back in 2019. We are now with no tiles on the roof, the dry in was done but never inspected as per code. Beware this company ! I mailed them payment in full for a new roof the first week of October 2022, minus my deductible. Since then, I have heard one excuse after another why my project has not moved forward. I'm told ** law requires that once deposit or payment for a project has been received, the necessary permits are required to be "pulled". This has not my experience, just one story after another!
