I have many wonderful things to say about ***, from initial contact with **** ****** and *** *****, to completed tiles on buildings and carports, to many compliments from my residents and other communities. The customer service has been the complete opposite of what Ive read online. After suffering hurricane damage we contacted CMR Construction and Roofing. The representative assigned to our case was *** *******. *** was amazing! *** displayed empathy and was always there to answer a phone call or return an email. She even made herself available on nights and weekends to accommodate us. Any company would be lucky to have *** ******** as an employee. The process was long but well worth it.
