I just had my kids switched over to their office and they came across some issues with my daughters insurance. I wasn't aware of a secondary insurance she has, therefore we were having trouble with scheduling. Soledad was able to look into it and explained it to me so thoroughly. She was so helpful, kind and extremely patient. Thank you!

Time for a review update! I think this is my first one. I feel it is necessary because I did leave out some positives from my last review. During our most recent visit, the wait time had decreased significantly. Granted, I was the only one in the waiting room, but I've had that situation before and still waited 20 mins past my appointment time to even get into a room. So I was seeing dr Blyth for both my kids but he was not the best fit for my kids so we switched to Rachel Blackwell and she's SUPER AMAZING my kids love her especially my son who's very picky about his doctors, she takes the time to listen and doesn't just try to rush you out
Dr bustamante found out my daughter had some type of cancer and they sent us to the ER. Ive been here with my friend I absolutely loved them so I switched insurance and went to him for all my daughters needs. I love their officethere is never a wait time. I absolutely love this Drs office. They are nothing but nice.

Bakersfield Pediatrics is great. I prefer using Dr. Bustamante who is very friendly and knowledgeable. When my daughter was sick they were able to give me a same day appointment. My daughter loves their decor and the seashells they give her after every visit.
I have very happy with the care my children are getting here over all! The wait time is very reasonable! My kids usually see Kristen the NP and she's amazing. Our son has has asthma since a toddler. He's now nearly 5 years old and still struggling. Kristen referred him to a specialist. I wish I had been taken my kids here a long time ago! Dr Blythe is awesome!!!!! 34th staff is awesome!!!!!!! and old river front desk are not so friendly they need to work on that other then that great doctors.
Been going here for years, bustamante is a GREAT doctor! Makes us feel like he actually cares about my children, & listens to my concerns & explains things great to me. I totally recommend this pediatrician, if they take your insurance! Dr. Bustamante ROCKS!
