We absolutely love Coastal Kids in Laguna Niguel! As a parent, there is nothing more reassuring than having a pediatric office you completely trust, and we have always had exceptional experiences here. Jeanne McEntire, NP, is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She never makes us feel rushed and always takes the time to address every concern and answer every question with patience and care. It's so refreshing to have a provider who truly listens and makes you feel like your chil... read more

We have been seeing Dr. Gillis for our 3 year old and our newborn since birth and she has been great. She listens to us, provides careful assessments, and through her care we have successfully been treating our newborn with reflux. It's also easy to get seen for sick call visits. We appreciate this office and all of the staff so much.

I only choose the best for my children, and that includes choosing their pediatrician. The staff is nice, the doctor we see is amazing, and the all-around experience at the office leaves you with a sense that their whole team truly cares about your children. We get appointments when we need them, and they are super fast with referrals if you have an HMO. In terms of the physical office, it is neat and kid-friendly, with a mural on the wall and a TV playing. Be sure to ask for a sticker before you leave. Last year they tried... read more

I have been bringing my kids here for years but never thought to write a review until my teen son had his annual checkup recently. I appreciate the quality of care that the staff provide for my children and for me as well. I have learned over the years that children, especially teenagers are always quietly looking for a safe space to ask questions and address concerns that they are not always comfortable talking to us (his parents) about, but I have found that at CK. While initially I didn't realize that the parent would b... read more

We've been going to Coastal Kids in Laguna Niguel for a few years now since moving to California and I can honestly say--we've never had such consistently great experiences anywhere else! Most recently, I brought my 16-year-old son in for his annual physical. He was seen by the nurse practitioner, who was incredibly sweet, kind, and professional. My son even mentioned afterward how comfortable and cared for he felt during the visit--which, as a parent of a teen, says a lot! The staff is always welcoming and efficient, and ... read more

Could not be happier with this pediatrician office! This is our third ped since our daughter was born in 2022 (first one closed practice, second had a horrible experience). Since the first day I had the meet and greet here, I loved the office, staff, and general care for my children. While in the hospital for the birth of our second daughter, we met Dr Gillis and instantly loved her. She is sweet, gentle, and brings a calming presence that works so well for our two little girls. Dr Gillis truly cares for her patients and t... read more
