This office is blessed to have a group of the best & kindest pediatricians. Noticed a few bad reviews from spoiled & those who think they're entitled. They are busy and yes they probably way overbook the appointments but I would not go anywhere else for my boys. Hopefully someone at CK is reading this and space out the appointment better but I give the office staff and the doctors two thumbs up. The girls working the front desk are amazing too - a little kindness goes a long way - thank you!
I really like the attention and service your receive from the front staff as well as the doctor. I have two children and plan on keeping them here after visiting them the last two times. Dr. Herrera was kind and really showed concern for my children during the visit. The staff speaks both English and Spanish in case you need it. They girls at the front do a great job of showing compassion and friendly service.
I LOVE this place! All of the staff and the doctors are so kind, warm and caring. I'll never forget when Dr. Saulter stayed through her lunch hour to see my sick baby. For that, I'm forever grateful. Vanessa, Candace and Inez are just fabulous, too. I can't say enough great things about this office!
This practice is the greatest gift to a first time parent and young family!!! We have been coming here for almost 5 years and Dr Salter is our pediatrician and she is the most amazing Doctor I have ever met in my life!!! I would have given up on breast feeding but she convinced me to give it one more try with a lactation specialist and it worked and I was able to breastfeed my son and daughter both. As a parent it's difficult to see your own child not feeling well. It's great to have an office that's always willing to fit us in or just give us advise over the phone. Being a stay at home dad and always bringing my kids to the office it's nice to be greeted by the girls in the front, Candace and venessa. The nurses are so good to my kids, although it's sometimes tough when I have to bring all 3 in at once. Coastal Kids has been my children's pediatrician office for many years and we are extremely happy with the care we have received from them all!! Love the staff at their front office! Always super attentive and helpful scheduling my appointments, handling paperwork...etc!!
Have been coming to Coastal Kids since the day my twins were born. Very thorough, understanding and caring. The office is adorable too. Two doctors have been exceptional to us with the continued care and follow-up, Dr. Salter and Dr. Herrera. They are the best. We also love Patty the NP. Great place...highly recommend!
Dr. Salter is the absolute best! She truly cares about not only the kids that she cares for but the whole family! She is an amazing Dr that respects the parents opinions and insights. She takes the time to get an accurate diagnosis, offers all solutions that are available to fix the problem, lets you know what she would do if it was her child, then supports what the family decides. Dr. Dyer is the best!!! She has been amazing since my daughter Aria was born last year. I have come into the office so many times and she always makes me feel special. Being a new parent I always haven million random questions and she takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. She has a very sweet and calm demeanor with my daughter, and I always feel like she is able to give me the best advice for my baby! Also I love Nurse Millie! She has given my baby all of her shots.
