I could go on for an hour raving about the quality of care from specifically Dr. Herrera. She is an amazing human being and Doctor. My son has several developmental delays and disabilities and has been shoved under the doormat by every physician and pediatrician we have seen. Once I finally asked for Dr. Herrera to be made my sons primary physician, things actually started rolling and happening for him. Our visit to Coastal kids on May 3 2024 was made remarkable by Jill's outstanding service. She was cheerfulness showed genuine care. Notably she informed me that our 18-year-old could continue to be seen at the practice until she turned 21. This was contrary to what we had been previously told, and Jill's clarification on this matter saved us from the hassle of seeking another doctor. Genuine empathy is scarce these days and Jill's compassionate approach was refreshing. We also loved Dr Gillis.

I've been bringing my 2 children to Coastal kids for the past 10 years, and we are so happy with their doctors, nurses, and staff. I would highly recommend!

Raven was so helpful! We were having a really hard time with getting an approved referral for insurance, and she was able to assist me every step of the way. I talked to her on the phone for multiple times a day for a week to help take care of the stress for me! Thankful for Raven!

We have been extremely happy with coastal kids. Everyone is incredibly attentive and really on the ball. I would like to especially commend Selena for fast tracking an urgent appointment for my son. Really fabulous nothing to complain about.

Dr. Herrera is AMAZING!!!! My daughter was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. Dr. Herrera has been with us every step of the way! Calling us daily for weeks and even checking in on us during weekends! She helped us navigate through the hospital and through the hard decisions our family had to make along the way. Dr. Herrera was incredible with figuring out and treating our 2 year old for pneumonia. She was thorough, kind and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend her and the office.

We have been going to coastal kids (Newport, Irvine and Laguna Nigel) since last year. We see Dr. Harris primarily but have seen Dr. Leon and Dr. Herrera. Everybody is exceptional at Coastal kids. From the staff being kind and very accommodating to the physicians making you feel like family. We saw Dr. Harris today for my toddler and he spent a little over 45 minutes with my husband and I.
