This office is amazing, super friendly and well educated. I was a little unsure at first if this would be a place for my family due to the past reviews. Let me tell you these negative reviews are full of BS!!!! The office is always clean and yes they have toys, but come on do we really as parents expect someone else to provide entertainment for our children? That's the parents job. It was our first visit to coastal kids. It was a day 4 check up. Love the fact they have a sick side, and well side. Waited only five minutes to see the doc. Love how nice and patient they are, I don't mind a little wait time cause that just shows they care and give you the attention when it's your time. We meet with two other doctors from this practice ion the hospital and both were knowledgable and answered any questions we had. Both were soo nice and made us feel so comfortable about our choice in Ped.

Love this place and every doctor we've ever seen here (at least four). We switched from another office to go here and love it. Plus I've called probably 10+ times to speak with a doc or nurse and received phone directions saving me a trip in and wasting money. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I work in the medical field and have seen many physicians in my career. All of the physicians at Coastal Kids are very well educated, stay on top of the medical literature and are all extremely warm, caring people. My two daughters see Dr Salter on a regular basis but have also seen Dr Jugant and Dr Lee. The office staff at the Laguna Niguel office are very professional and nice. Dr. Abelowitz and his team exemplify what medical care should be for all of us. First and foremost, the doctors do not come into the office with computers. They all come in and LOOK at your child and LOOK the parents in the eye as they are discussing care. Both wellness and sick visits are handled with the same level of detail, precaution, and efficiency. Furthermore, the offices are warm and inviting making it comfortable for the children. There are not enough positive things I could say about Coastal Kids. My son was born a month premature and we were in their office quit a bit in the first few weeks of his life. Let me start back to our hospital stay, every morning a doctor from Coastal Kids would come to our room and check on my son. They made sure he was growing healthy before he was discharged. I live in Newport Beach, practically 5 minutes from Coastal Kids on Avocado but I drive all the way to Laguna Niguel to see Dr. Sandy Lee. Finding the right pediatrician is more important to me than the extra miles anyways. My daughter had a really high fever a year ago and there were no appointments available for the time that I wanted except in the Laguna Niguel office so I took it. We recently moved to So. Cal from Texas, and thankfully a good friend from the area referred us to Dr. Abelowitz. We brought our son in for his 13 year well check up, as well as our 4 year-old daughter when she had an allergic reaction to a bee sting to one of the female physicians (sorry if I don't know all the names yet). I just had to say how awesome you guys are again! My 2 year old had her check up today and is very stubborn and strong willed. She refused to get weighed or measured and the nurse was so sweet and patient with her. Dr. Juguant again wonderful!!!! I wished she could be my Dr. she's so sweet and very good at her job.
