I can't say enough good things about Coastal Moving Services! From the initial inquiry with ***** who was with me from the start to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Thier carrier ***** Relocation was courteous, communicative. They even took did an extra stop for me at pickup and grabbed pieces from my sisters house roughly 20 mins away without charging. Overall, satisfied with the successful move despite my initial stress!

We recently moved from Indiana to Louisiana and found Coastal Moving Services on Facebook of all places! Coastal moving services did an excellent job broker during our recent move the company that the utilize for us was loadrans They showed up on time and were efficient with the packing of our items. Delivery took a little longer than expected but coastal services customer service kept us updated the entire time overall, I was pleased with the services provided.

Do they have negative stars?? My experience was awful. They misled me as to delivery date and pretty much ghosted me after pick up. They were impossible to get a hold of. It was only once I put my attorney on it did they start responding. I believe due to my attorney getting involved. I received my items 5 days later instead of 10 or even 30 days out. Additionally, I was charged less than half of the original quote. The company, not the guys who do the actual moving, they were great, are complete slime bags.
