The company was so helpful and responsive when getting moving quotes. They seemed honest about additional charges. Then the move came. We were shocked our shipment went from 320 cu ft to 950 cu ft. For a one-bedroom 750 sq ft apartment, tripling our charges. We expected a little more, but not triple. All Coast Movers did nothing to help us. We were shocked to have to come up with $2,000 extra cash at pick up and $2,000 extra cash at delivery. This wiped all cash accounts and had to delay paying other bills. Do NOT use this company. Do NOT trust anything they tell you over the phone.. take your time and find your own moving company with their own trucks..rhis is a brokerage company who will tell you anything to make a deposit which they refuse to reimburse .. got me for ****** ************************* is the agent I spoke with and made everything sound so nice ..WRONG ... stay away don't be lazy
All Coast Moving Group gave me an estimate of three $2800 payments for my ********** to **** move. All Coast got the first $2800 then sent Plymouth *** Lines to move **. After loading truck I was handed a **** from ******** for $6300 immediately and $6300 upon delivery in ****. All Coast has not responded to any calls or Emails. They are a broker and do no work. Really disappointed and I feel taken advantage of.I called the group and got in touch with a coordinator/sales person to tell him about my move and my timeline. I am moving across the country with a small number of items. Because of the timeline, I was calling multiple groups that day and if something looked promising I would book as long as there was a promise of a refund, if needed. This buisness took my deposit and all of my info and gave it to another company to show up and move my things. Then they pretended their driver showed up and the move was already done. then Claiming that I was the one who double booked moving companies. Never use this company. Once they get their deposit for a move they send other companies out to move you and then refuse to help you get your things. They get the deposit money and then claim their contract was just an estimate contract not for actual move. If you are thinking of using them have them send you the contract first before giving any money and just know they do not claim to have contract with you after movers from other company pick up your things. Horrible experience once they got your deposit. Were supposed to pick up sun or mom per the estimate. They were supposed to call the day prior. I received no call so I started calling sat and sun. Each time I called they said the on call manager would call me back. No calls I also tried texting and emailing the person who Prepared the estimate. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday. What moving company says you’ll be ready to go for Monday the Friday before, and we’ll call and confirm on Saturday for time frame and they never do and leave you completely screwed when moving across the country? THIS COMPANY! Whoever I had on the phone this morning should rethink their job in customer service opposed to arguing with customers they just left hanging.
