Horrible experience once they got your deposit. Were supposed to pick up sun or mom per the estimate. They were supposed to call the day prior. I received no call so I started calling sat and sun. Each time I called they said the on call manager would call me back. No calls I also tried texting and emailing the person who Prepared the estimate. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday. What moving company says you’ll be ready to go for Monday the Friday before, and we’ll call and confirm on Saturday for time frame and they never do and leave you completely screwed when moving across the country? All coast Moving will be super accommodating up until they get your money. They under quote your items to get you to sign on. They farm out your moving services to companies who jack up the price when they arrive. They always blame you and state of that your inventory was incorrect. Everyone that answers the phone is absolutely useless and rude. They can never provide you with any updates on where your stuff is or when you will receive it. Never can get a hold of the office and they never called back. Where is supposed to move my stuff Friday and deliver it Saturday. They came Saturday and over a week I have my stuff but Paradont tell me where it was. Nor could they tell me why it wasn't there on Monday like they said they were. STAY AWAY save yourself the time and trouble DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had the worst experience possible with this group. They will way underbid your quote and at the end of it all it will probably double as mine did. They sub contract all the work to outside services I'm sure probably the cheapest they can find to save them $$$ . I could go on and on but I won't bottom line is BEWARE and just don't use them.
Do not use this company! They lie, don't return calls and treat you like garbage. Salesman made many promises that were not delivered. Tried to contact salesman for a week, left messages and emails but never returned our calls. They called the day before they arrived for pick up and when they showed up we realized the space was insufficient for the amount we had. Driver said we would have to renegotiate price. All this after we sold over half of our inventory. Stay away from these extremely unprofessional group.
This has been the worst experience of moving. This company does not do what they say, there is no communication and they are rude when you want to know where your things are. They did not pick up my things on the day they promised, knowing I had to get on a plane for a family emergency. I had to leave anyway and have a friend handle it. They finally arrive July 13th. Seriously, this has to stop! They are seriously ripping people off left and Right. So, if anyone does their true homework.... The worst and most misleading moving company ever!!! Our quote was for $3600 and the day before our pickup they called and cancelled our appointment due to "driver issues". When we rescheduled the pickup the price went up to $4000. I was upset and said that it was their fault so why am I paying more? The issue was never resolved and the price was now $4000.
