Made alot of small mistakes. For Example, didn't send disclosure in time to close so had to push back date, had a misunderstanding on Interest rate, Promised Lender Credits but never added them to any Disclosures, Promised to mail a check in place of lender credits but still hasn't shown up yet so thats still outstanding.

Eliminate the excessive on application process. For elderly applicants with limited computer skills it is troublesome. Especially the online notary process.

Closing documentation came later than requested. Team knew that I had to travel from Omaha to Sioux Falls for the walk through. I still bank in Omaha. Cody failed to return my realtor’s phone calls or emails the Friday before. I had to forward the closing documents to my realtor so her office could review the night before closing.
