I was told by Cody the Friday before my Monday close that all the numbers were finalized for my loan. When I arrived at closing Monday the numbers had changed and I was asked at the closing table for an additional $170 appx. This is after I was told that the numbers were finalized and would not change on Friday. I had to call his boss to get the situation sort of resolved. My mortgage cost went up but his company did cover the extra 170. Cody told me he couldn't help with the last second change.
