Closing documentation came later than requested. Team knew that I had to travel from Omaha to Sioux Falls for the walk through. I still bank in Omaha. Cody failed to return my realtor’s phone calls or emails the Friday before. I had to forward the closing documents to my realtor so her office could review the night before closing. Having to do appraisal waviers for delivery close to closing both times isn't ideal. My agent advised that they have not run into this problem in any purchases this year. Might want to consider a different appraisal agency

For the most part everything went fine. I'm more disappointed in the appraisal process than anything. I had to find my own comps, which should never be the case. I was also disappointed in the fact when it came time to sign closing documents, we were told we would have 2 months of not paying our mortgage only to find out that wasn't the case. Instead of July 1 start date, the closing documents had June 1.
