Having to do appraisal waviers for delivery close to closing both times isn't ideal. My agent advised that they have not run into this problem in any purchases this year. Might want to consider a different appraisal agency

Better timely communication. Follow-up from Kathy Spindler wasn't always prompt in the beginning. I understand this is a busy time for mortgage companies but customer service should always be number one. During the application process for refinancing, my credit scores were sent to one of the rental addresses we were refinancing. My name on the envelope but sent to the rental address. Cody and team are not knowledgeable on Investment Property. During this process Cody quoted my information that turned out NOT to be true. Miscommunicated the initial loan to value ratio, misquoted rates on our duplex property, told me one of three I was going to refinance would qualify as 2nd home financing, and that also turned out NOT to be true.
