Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars because Andrea was a DREAM to work with! My husband and I decided to move back to Missouri to be closer to family and needed to go as fast as we could. During this stressful time as first time home buyers it was an absolute breeze with Chun as our realtor. Not only was he detailed, he took the time to explain the process and made it easy and a little less stressful in this crazy house buying market. My parents also went through chun a few years ago and they recommended him for us since they had a great experience with him as well. My husband and i would highly recommend him! Chun was VERY instrumental in helping us buy our first house in this absolutely insane market. He is over-the-top responsive and always willing to answer even our dumb questions. I think he really excelled when it came to negotiating as we got nearly everything we wanted. I would (and already have) recommend him to anyone.
Chris listed our house and was so helpful through the whole process. We moved out of state before the house was listed, and the long distance did not negatively impact our communication. He is super knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions/communications.
