Really appreciated Chun's honesty and experience. He reprsented me as a first time homebuyer. First, I had minimal knowledge about the process of buying a house and did not know where to start. Jake gave valuable advice on how to approach the negotiation period. He also went out of his way when we wanted to look at a home. Along with showing other homes to keep our options open on similar homes to what we where looking for. He answered our questions and did a great job explaining the things we were not 100% on. We would recommend Jake to anyone who asks.

Our home in Oregon had been a rental for several years when we decided to sell. We contacted Sam Labbe. He provided us with information and guidance in preparation for the listing. We received an offer within hours, and had others scheduled to view the home. The process was slightly disrupted due to needed minor repairs and the pandemic. Sam was there to take care of everything as we were out of state. The sale closed thanks to Sam's professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Jake was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the market and the buying process. There is no doubt in my mind, Debi did everything I could have asked for to make the sale of my home seamless. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to be present for any part of the prep, sale, or closing on my property. Debi took on the job of not only handling the sale, but, she was there to oversee (and do some) of the distribution of household goods for me. I would highly recommend Debi Cole because of her expertise in the housing market and how she guides you through each step of your purchase. She identified a house that met my needs and goals with also keeping in mind the budget I was working with.
