Chun is knowledgable and prompt. I received a phone response from Chun in SECONDS when I inquired for his services. Chun will also responded to our text or phone call within seconds. Also, average realtor rate is 6% and his is 5%. The 1% make a difference. All in all, my husband and I definitely recommend Chun if you’re in the market to buy or list!

Jake was wonderful and extremely helpful. He listened carefully to what we wanted in a house and rapidly set us up with recurring on-line viewing of homes newly put up for sale. Even though we were out-of-town, Jake took us on Face Time tours of homes that we expressed interest in.
