There is no doubt in my mind, Debi did everything I could have asked for to make the sale of my home seamless. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to be present for any part of the prep, sale, or closing on my property. I would highly recommend Debi Cole because of her expertise in the housing market and how she guides you through each step of your purchase. She identified a house that met my needs and goals with also keeping in mind the budget I was working with. The best compliment I can offer someone is to use their services again and again. Jake Lucey helped use buy our home and he helped us sell it (during the COVID-19 crisis no less). Going into this I didn’t know if we’d ever sell our house and with Jake’s expert guidance, connections, and advice we had an offer in weeks.

Jake was extremely helpful in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He helped us navigate and time both processes efficiently. He provided advice on every aspect of selling and buying our new home and always gave us his honest opinion. I would most definitely work with him again, but he found us our dream home so we most likely won’t need him for a long while! :)

If anyone can sell a home, Jake can. He sold our home in the middle of worldwide pandemic (COVID19), in record time. The first day we received an offer, accepted it, and closed not long afterwards. It was a completely seamless process. Jake has an outstanding photographer that will make your home look like a million bucks. Chris was very friendly and we greatly appreciate his willingness to help!
