Jake was wonderful and extremely helpful. He listened carefully to what we wanted in a house and rapidly set us up with recurring on-line viewing of homes newly put up for sale. Even though we were out-of-town, Jake took us on Face Time tours of homes that we expressed interest in. Chun is professional and knowledgeable. He is also quick to respond to questions and concerns, which was extremely helpful as we were out of town buyers. Really appreciated Chun's honesty and experience. He reprsented me as a first time homebuyer. First, I had minimal knowledge about the process of buying a house and did not know where to start. Jake gave valuable advice on how to approach the negotiation period. He also went out of his way when we wanted to look at a home. Along with showing other homes to keep our options open on similar homes to what we where looking for. He answered our questions and did a great job explaining the things we were not 100% on. We would recommend Jake to anyone who asks.

Jake was very helpful in getting the deal done. Very motivated. Jake did great negotiating with a difficult other seller and assisted us in getting a fair deal.
