Chun is professional and knowledgeable. He is also quick to respond to questions and concerns, which was extremely helpful as we were out of town buyers. He is very dependable and pleasant to work with. We would recommend him to our family and friends. We also worked with him when selling a home a few years ago.

Sam is very knowledgable regarding the greater Salem, Oregon area. He is easy to communicate with and keeps you informed at all times. He was very easy to deal with even though we are undergoing difficult times during this pandemic .

Really appreciated Chun's honesty and experience. He reprsented me as a first time homebuyer. First, I had minimal knowledge about the process of buying a house and did not know where to start. Jake gave valuable advice on how to approach the negotiation period. He also went out of his way when we wanted to look at a home. Along with showing other homes to keep our options open on similar homes to what we where looking for. He answered our questions and did a great job explaining the things we were not 100% on. We would recommend Jake to anyone who asks.

Our home in Oregon had been a rental for several years when we decided to sell. We contacted Sam Labbe. He provided us with information and guidance in preparation for the listing. We received an offer within hours, and had others scheduled to view the home. The process was slightly disrupted due to needed minor repairs and the pandemic. Sam was there to take care of everything as we were out of state. The sale closed thanks to Sam's professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Jake was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the market and the buying process.
