Jake was extremely helpful in both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. He helped us navigate and time both processes efficiently. He provided advice on every aspect of selling and buying our new home and always gave us his honest opinion. Chris has been there from day 1, responding to our every question. He makes it seamless by setting everything up and making things as simple as "sign here and run this to there". All while making sure we fully understand why these things are necessary. He's had open communication with our loan officer which has saved us time.
