We were very happy with Debi’s help in finding us a home that was less expensive and in a nicer neighborhood than we were looking before seeking her help. And being from out of state, she really helped us by being there when we couldn’t.

Chun was incredibly patient with us as we were first time home buyers and weren't completely sure even where we wanted to live at first. He was always very prompt at responding and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He clearly knows this business well and is eager to help his buyers.

We had a complicated scenario involving a lot purchase owned by a Trust. These can sometimes get long and involved due to multiple persons in the Trust. Debi walked us through the process, suggested multiple ideas to help make a serious, concise offer. Relayed detailed information quickly and kept us informed of each required step immediately. Chun was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He accommodated me looking in both the Salem and Albany areas.
