Jake took the time to understand our needs an best qualify homes that worked for us. 2. He has the experience and connections to really "know" the business. I live in Beaverton and hired Jake to sell my husband's old house in Salem. Jake was very positive and his local knowledge was so helpful. Chris is easy to get along with and is easy going. Our house had an acceptable offer in 12 days. Then throughout the inspection process we had some repairs, Chris threw in some of his commissions to help get the deal completed.

Chris was a real blessing for us as we went through the process of selling 2 homes and buying one home. He made the process so easy and guided us on everything.
