Chris is easy to get along with and is easy going. Our house had an acceptable offer in 12 days. Then throughout the inspection process we had some repairs, Chris threw in some of his commissions to help get the deal completed.

Chris was a real blessing for us as we went through the process of selling 2 homes and buying one home. He made the process so easy and guided us on everything. He did all the heavy lifting with scheduling inspections and being there for us when we had to work. He recommended our contractor who has also been a blessing. Jake is the real deal! Top-notch service, professionalism and kindness. He's incredibly knowledgable about the real estate market, and is effective and efficient in his work. He was honest with us about the ups and downs of the process and was a great guide in the process of navigated the sale of our home. I couldn't recommend him highly enough!

The process of buying our first house with Jake was incredible and easy from the start! Everything was explained to us (we had a lot of questions with it being our first time) and all of our questions were answered very promptly and in detail. We were never left wondering what the next step was. We had a very positive experience with Jake as our realtor and we recommend him to anyone that is investing in a home whether it is your first home or last.

I contacted Jake and he responded with details and helpful information about Salem and the current market. I provided a list of what is important to me in a home and Jake used that list to narrow the search, not wasting my time with homes outside of my criteria. Chun was highly responsive to any questions. He did an excellent job explaining things without coming across as belittling. His pricing strategy was on point...we netted more money than we'd hoped for! The listing and photos made my home look fantastic. Cannot recommend him enough!
