The process of buying our first house with Jake was incredible and easy from the start! Everything was explained to us (we had a lot of questions with it being our first time) and all of our questions were answered very promptly and in detail. We were never left wondering what the next step was. We had a very positive experience with Jake as our realtor and we recommend him to anyone that is investing in a home whether it is your first home or last.
I contacted Jake and he responded with details and helpful information about Salem and the current market. I provided a list of what is important to me in a home and Jake used that list to narrow the search, not wasting my time with homes outside of my criteria. Jake’s knowledge and expertise in real estate is a breath of fresh air as he will tell it straight and will price your house to sell at what the market can take. We would work with him in a heartbeat.
We moved from California to Oregon and relied on Jake to screen houses locally as we tracked him virtually. He spent many hours working to find us the right place. A year later, we could not be happier with the result.

Debi has been a wonderful realtor to work with. She didn’t flinch to drive 25 miles from her office to our home to work with us. We had many repairs to be done prior to putting our home on the market and Debi had resources for all that needed to be done. Her resources were trustworthy and reasonably priced.
