I want to first say that Jake was amazing to work with. This is going to be a longer review, but it’s honest, and worth the read. My experience in buying a house started 6 months before I met Jake. I had worked with two different agents, and submitted countless offers, some as much as 15k over the sellers asking price, without so much as a second look. Sam sold my parent's first investment property over 20 years ago. I sought him out to sell my first home. He made very judicious decisions on what I needed to do, and what I did not need to do to get the most value out of my house. He was always available 24/7. He was fun to talk to and do business with.
