Not only was Sam's market knowledge impressive but he is surrounded by a network of reasonably priced contractors to help get your house ready for listing and fix those items that come up during inspection. Never once did I have to pick up the phone and try to find a contractor. Sam handled the entire process while I was able to keep focused on my family and job. If you want a low stress experience, choose Sam, he will handle it for you!
