I want to first say that Jake was amazing to work with. This is going to be a longer review, but it’s honest, and worth the read. My experience in buying a house started 6 months before I met Jake. He made very judicious decisions on what I needed to do, and what I did not need to do to get the most value out of my house. He was always available 24/7. He was fun to talk to and do business with. The house sold for asking price quicker than I thought it would.
