We were moving from out of state and knew nothing about buying a house in Oregon, so Jake's expertise and deep local housing knowledge was invaluable. We had a lot of "must haves", and he was extremely thorough and diligent in finding the perfect home for us. Someone else had made an offer on the house earlier that day, and he expertly guided us in putting together an offer that was more attractive to the buyer without paying a lot more money. We love our new home, and couldn't have done it without him!
