Daniel has been fantastic to work with! He helped us find our "new to us" home and when the listing expired on the home we're selling, it made perfect sense to give him the listing. Daniel has been SO incredibly responsive and available! And we bought in McMinnville and are selling in Happy Valley - didn't phase him at all and he drove up every weekend to hold an open house, despite the distance from his "home base." Debi is a trooper! Not only were we looking out of her area, but with the very specific and little known, USDA Rural Direct home loan. There was a learning curve for us all, but Debi dealt with it with commitment and tenacity! She remained in constant contact with us, the selling agent and our loan officer and found answers if something was unclear. She was a firm but realistic advocate and steadfast support for any nerves we may have had. She was encouraging and kind and we will recommend her to everyone!

Daniel Chin was professional at every point. He did not hesitate to show homes the day of finding new listings, he was extremely accommodating to our schedule. Did not mind assisting on the mortgage side when things got a little tough. Daniel did not mind going to extra mile and putting in the time by making offers for multiple properties at the same time, enhancing our chances of having an offer accepted.
