I interviewed three "top producers" in Salem to list my duplex.. I picked Sam for his positive attitude and accessible demeanor. The other 2 had more technology gadgetry, and equal or better knowledge of construction and the neighborhood but I went with what I thought would be the most efficient, most adaptable, quick on his feet option. My instinct was correct. Long story short, the house sold in 60 days at full price. It was a stress free, seamless, pleasant experience the whole way.
I was completely new to buying a home, and Rick was soooo patient with me!! He walked us through what needed to happen and why, and he was very transparent with us regarding the value of homes. We were looking at one, and he very kindly but honestly told us that they were asking too much. He then proceeded to find us a MUCH BETTER home!! He made the process of buying a home pleasant, he answered all our questions...in short, Rick is AWESOME!! You want him to help you whether it is selling or buying!!

I worked with Debi Cole on selling my house and I can’t say enough good things about her. She came to our first meeting very enthusiastic and well prepared. She took pictures, and explained every form and every part of the process. Debi is very knowledgeable she answered all my questions. The sale went very well, she brought in 2 offers above my asking price and I sold the first week. I highly recommend her.
Jesse has done a great job for me All communications have had to be done by phone or e-mail because I am in California and Jesse and the house are in Oregon. I am 82 years old and mind does not think as fast as he talks. But he had patience with me and made sure I understood what he explained. So I was very pleased with his performance.
Cody went above and beyond. I really think he dropped everything he was doing to be of service to my husband and I. We ran into some “snags” and Cody always turned them into a non-issue.
I’m very picky about who I’ll work for as I’m exposed to REA and don’t always trust ppl easily. My husband and I met Cody at a open house at the time we had an REA but weren’t a fan of theirs. As soon as we met Cody we knew we wanted to work with him. We like him so much we rather wait until he is available then go meet with someone else. Cody is respectful, responsive and knowledgeable, if he doesn’t know an answer he finds out. He’s very personable and friendly.
