Chun has been more than helpful with everything from first buyer questions to complex questions. He was always available for questions big and small. Debi is a trooper! Not only were we looking out of her area, but with the very specific and little known, USDA Rural Direct home loan. There was a learning curve for us all, but Debi dealt with it with commitment and tenacity! She remained in constant contact with us, the selling agent and our loan officer and found answers if something was unclear. She was a firm but realistic advocate and steadfast support for any nerves we may have had. She was encouraging and kind and we will recommend her to everyone!
